PSA: please avoid the video that got posted on the Polygon YouTube channel earlier tonight.
We’re not sure how it got uploaded in the first place, but it’s causing technical issues for many users — it seems like it might be the result of a massive security flaw in YouTube’s backend, and it appears to be serving as a vector for some form of malware.
We’re working closely with YouTube to get the video removed, but in the meantime: avoid watching it at all costs, as the effects could be devastating. Thanks for bearing with us!
Literally no shit two tvs in the hotel started displaying like artifacts and randomly scrambled picture with this hum that sounds like interference and I’ve never seen this before and the TV in the lobby is fine
